Fee: The paid tasting fee of $25.00

Payments: There is a maximum of four (4) installments to pay off your
balance. The balance may be paid
off prior to the agreed installment dates at any time.

Cancellations: If the wedding is cancelled, the following criteria
establish your refund. You will be
refunded within 90 and it will exclude the Non-Refundable Deposit.

90% - Four
(4) months from wedding date
80% - Three
(3) months from wedding date
70% - Two
(2) months from wedding date
50% - One
(1) month from wedding date
25% - Less

Cake
Set (if used): The $50.00 paid to reserve your date also serves as your
set deposit. This will be refunded
upon the return of your cake set one week to the date of the wedding. LATER
DELIVERY WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEIT OF YOUR DEPOSIT. NO EXCEPTIONS! If no cake
set is used, the $50.00 will be applied to your balance. If you would like to purchase the cake
set, you will be responsible for the value of the cake set less the $50.00
