Keesha D. Waits is a wife and a mother of two beautiful girls. She has many talents that have helped to enhance her "cakery" skills. She is a Pastry Chef trained through the Le Cordon Bleu program at Texas Culinary Academy. Keesha completed the program with honors and a 4.0 GPA. Keesha's love for creating memories is an asset to the business of cake decorating.
Cathy Rodriguez recently retired after 21 years with the New Braunfels Police Department to pursue her passions in pastry. She graduated from the Texas Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu Pastry program with honors. Cathy brings experience and genuine talent to
the Cake, Please! Family.
Gloriana G. Koll is a graduate of The University of Kansas with a degree in education. After college she worked at the Texas State Capitol and decided to trade politics for pastries! Gloriana too graduated from the Texas Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu Pastry program with honors. Gloriana brings exceptional patience and innovative ideas to the Cake, Please! Family.
